Bone Beach is the strangest of the six regions: “a mining town that’s grown around a gargantuan decomposing creature… navigating it will take you inside the creature and out.” In a game where your currency is literally called Bones, “a beach laden with carcasses is like striking gold.” Hostile miners, viruses and critters make the actual mining a hazard.
How to reach it
Head south out of Ossex into the Southern Outskirts, southeast of the two guards. Then comes the puzzle to get up: burrow under a pink/purple bounce pad, push it to the wall, and hop up to the elevated area. There you’ll find a monster-mouth door — a blue ocean-wave wall — that opens into a mining shaft. As the guide describes it: “This will take you through a mining shaft that will eventually lead you to Sandfalls: Shifting Sands, which will eventually lead you to Bone Beach.”
Mirror & train
The region’s mirror to the Astral Orrery sits inside a tent in Worm’s Back — you reach it by proceeding through the giant worm and back out the other side. For fast travel, the Sandy Station train stop lies south of Sifted Sands; detonate the TNT to open access to it. There’s also a treasure-chest trinket to collect in the region.
Next region
After Bone Beach, the canon order points north to Coltrane Peak. Bone Beach is the last of the four free-order dungeons before the climactic stretch begins.
