Septemburg is the perpetual-autumn region in the northwest, and it’s the one reviewers single out as a standout. The official wiki sets the mood: “Septemburg, where the perpetual autumn season carries crisp air and freshly fallen leaves conceal secrets… turning unsuspecting folk into scarecrows.” Crops have taken on a life of their own, peaceful farmers have gone paranoid, and the whole place builds into an escalating nightmare of howling winds, lightning storms and a hedge maze.
How to reach it
The route mirrors the start of the Nox’s Bayou trip: head west out of Ossex over Western Wilds: Occupied Bridge, but branch into Kindlewood: Overgrowth instead of the Backwaters. As the guides put it: “You’ll make it to Kindlewood: Overgrowth. Just keep progressing, and you’ll eventually make it into Septemburg.” Kindlewood: Farm Crossing has a train station for quick returns, and the Madd House sub-area holds trinkets worth grabbing on the way through.
Crow Town & the mirror
The region’s centerpiece is Crow Town, crossed by a bridge of lightning rods. The mirror to the Astral Orrery is hidden in the Farm House in the southwest corner — look for a lady on a balcony and a red chest. A crow bursts out of the locked door to reveal the mirror, and there’s a Spark Container nearby (one of the permanent Spark capacity boosts).
Next region
In the canon order, Septemburg is followed by Bone Beach (south/southeast, via Sandfalls). These first four dungeons remain free-order, so feel free to reroute.
